DSQM Solo Queue is a community project not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment. This policy explains what data we process and why.

Data controller

This site is run by the DSQM Solo Queue team. For any privacy matter, write to us at privacidad@wowsoloq.wysid.com.

What data we process

Email: if you join the alpha waitlist, we store your email and the site language. Battle.net account: if you sign in, Blizzard provides an account identifier and your BattleTag, and we read your characters and Mythic+ progress via the official API. We never ask for or store passwords.

How we use it

Your email is only used to notify you when the alpha opens. Battle.net data is used to show your profile and the ranking. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Legal basis

We process your email with your consent (the form checkbox). The rest is to provide the service you request by signing in.

Cookies

We only use functional cookies: a session cookie (to keep you signed in) and one to remember your language. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Retention

We keep your email until launch or until you ask to be removed, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data by writing to privacidad@wowsoloq.wysid.com. We will handle your request as soon as possible.
